At Singla Computers<\/strong>, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all our products and services meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We accept returns under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. New Products (Computers, Laptops, Accessories)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Items must be returned within 7 days<\/strong> of the purchase\/delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Products must be unused<\/strong>, in original packaging, and in resalable condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    b. Defective or Damaged Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We will arrange for inspection, and if the defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund<\/strong> will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      c. Non-returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Opened software, downloaded digital goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customized or special order items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items without original invoice\/bill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        2. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        a. Approved Refunds Will Be Issued:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refunds requested within 7 days from the date of payment will be processed, subject to deduction of any applicable restocking or administrative fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refund amount will be credited back within 7 to 10 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hari@singlacomputers.com along with valid proof of payment and cancellation reasoned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          b. Refunds Are Not Applicable:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • If the product is physically damaged by the user<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • If the return window has expired<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • For services already rendered (repairs, diagnostics, installations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            3. Repair Services & Return of Devices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            a. Device Pickup & Return<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            • Devices submitted for repair must be collected within 15 days<\/strong> of service completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • We are not liable<\/strong> for devices left unclaimed beyond this period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              b. Repair Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              • Most repairs come with a 15 to 30-day service warranty<\/strong> (unless otherwise stated).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Warranty applies only to the specific issue fixed and does not cover new faults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                4. Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                • if you receive a wrong item or wish to exchange an unused item, contact us within 7 days. New replaced product will be delivered within 5-7business days after receiving and inspecting the returned order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Exchanges are only possible if the replacement product is in stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  4. Upon inspection and approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    6. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    • Orders can be canceled before shipping<\/strong>. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
