Refund & Return Policy

At Singla Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all our products and services meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

a. New Products (Computers, Laptops, Accessories)

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase/delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be included.

b. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for inspection, and if the defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.

c. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened software, downloaded digital goods
  • Customized or special order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original invoice/bill

2. Refund Policy

a. Approved Refunds Will Be Issued:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during registration.
  • Refunds requested within 7 days from the date of payment will be processed, subject to deduction of any applicable restocking or administrative fees.
  • Refund amount will be credited back within 7 to 10 business days.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hari@singlacomputers.com along with valid proof of payment and cancellation reasoned

b. Refunds Are Not Applicable:

  • If the product is physically damaged by the user
  • If the return window has expired
  • For services already rendered (repairs, diagnostics, installations)

3. Repair Services & Return of Devices

a. Device Pickup & Return

  • Devices submitted for repair must be collected within 15 days of service completion.
  • We are not liable for devices left unclaimed beyond this period.

b. Repair Warranty

  • Most repairs come with a 15 to 30-day service warranty (unless otherwise stated).
  • Warranty applies only to the specific issue fixed and does not cover new faults.

4. Exchange Policy

  • if you receive a wrong item or wish to exchange an unused item, contact us within 7 days. New replaced product will be delivered within 5-7business days after receiving and inspecting the returned order.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the replacement product is in stock.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your invoice number and reason for return.
  3. Return the item to our store or use a courier service (shipping at customer’s cost unless the error is ours).
  4. Upon inspection and approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
  • Customized or special order items cannot be canceled once confirmed.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
