1. Shipping Coverage

2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- In case of high demand, order processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you in such cases.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to ensure prompt and secure deliveries.

4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹199 depending on product weight and delivery location.
- Express Shipping: Charges vary based on urgency and distance.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹10,000 (T&C apply).
All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before final payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email or SMS with the tracking number.
- A link to track the shipment in real-time via our courier partner’s platform.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after these attempts due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or find any items missing:
- Please take clear photos of the package/product.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. In-store Pickup (Optional)
Customers near our retail location can opt for in-store pickup at no extra cost.
- Pickup is available during business hours:
Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection.
9. Special Shipping Requests
For bulk orders, fragile equipment, or special delivery instructions (e.g., contactless delivery), please contact us prior to checkout.
